The format for names being placed on diplomas is as follows: FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL, LAST NAME.  Please check your Plus Portals account to ensure that your name is spelled correctly.  Click here for insturctions for viewing your full name on Plus Portals.  If corrections are needed please contact Ms. D’Antona at 631-587-8000 ext. 113 (Admissions@sjbdhs.org) by Friday November 22nd.
