The Admissions Application is required for all interested 8th grade students that did not take the TACHS exam. Please complete the Application Form and submit your students report cards to the Admissions Office.
Any student that applies to St. John’s that has or had a family member attend the school, please complete and submit the legacy form. Special Consideration Form
Transfer students are accepted on a limited basis. Students in grades 9-11 who wish to transfer to St. John’s should complete the Application Form on our website, print and mail the form to the Admissions Office along with the following information:
a. Student’s Academic record for the last 3 years (Report cards or Unofficial Transcript including most recent Report Card and Standardized Test Scores).
b. A Copy of all Attendance records/Discipline records.
c. A copy of a Students I.E.P. or 504 PLAN (if applicable).
d. Two Letters of Recommendation (from a Teacher, Guidance Counselor, etc…).
The Admissions committee will review all documents and arrange an interview for the student and parent/guardian.
Most School Districts provide busing for students within a 15 mile radius, and require you to submit your request by April 1st. Textbooks are issued by you local school district and must be return to the district at the end of the school year. Check with you local school district for further information.
