Tuesday, September 17 - Day 1

1. SJB Dance Company is holding auditions today September 17th from 3:00-4:30pm. Please wear all black dance attire and bring all your dance shoes. See Ms. O'Neill in the Dance Studio or Ms. G in the Gym with any questions. 
2. Stained-Glass Club is meeting today at 3:00pm across from room 315. Come check us out and join the fun! 
3. Attention Ambassadors who are hosting Holy Angels, Our Lady Queen Apostles, and St Joh Paul II this Friday, September 20th… please report to the Lace Lecture Hall right after this morning's announcements for a brief meeting. 
4. Drama Club returns!! The first meeting of the Drama Club will be Wednesday, September 18th at 3:00 pm in Room 218. We'll be planning our Fall production. 
5. New Members are welcome.! I repeat, New members are welcome! Any questions please contact Mr. Maher in room 325 or Mr. Whitfield in Room 218. 
6. Any student interested in being the Cougar Mascot please see Mrs. Bouklas in the Athletic Office. 
7. Attention Seniors- Registration for the Senior Class Trip to Walt Disney World is open until September 19th. Contact Mr. Albrecht for more information. 
8. The Freshman Student Council will meet this Thursday September 19 at 3pm in room 320. We will discuss Spirit Week, homecoming, and upcoming elections. Please speak with Mr. Kehoe if you have any questions.
9. The Inclusivity Corner, the SJB club celebrating diversity, will have its first meeting on Monday, September 23rd at 3 o clock in room 318. All are welcome. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Donohue.

Monday, September 16 - Day 6

1. Attention senior student council members: there is a mandatory meeting today at 2:45 starting in the chapel. Please see Mr. Kwasnik or Mrs. Grover if you have any questions. 
2. Any current junior or senior who would like to volunteer as a tutor for the Writing Center, please see Mrs. Sciara in room 329 for an application. Anyone who handed an application last year need not re-apply. Writing Center will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting Monday, September 23. 
3. Sophomore Student Council will hold its first meeting tomorrow Tuesday, September 17th in room 329. All student council members are expected to attend. 
4. Attention all students! This is an announcement from the health office: Your yellow emergency cards are due to your homeroom teachers TOMORROW. Please hand in your signed and completed yellow cards to your homeroom teacher tomorrow morning. If you need a new yellow card, please see the nurses in the health office.

7. Attention anyone interested in joining the Stained-Glass Club: The first meeting will be tomorrow Tuesday, September 17th at 3pm across from room 315. All are welcome!! 
8. The Random Acts of Kindness Club will have its first meeting on Wednesday, September, 18th. Our club plans and carries out activities to promote a kinder, more caring world. We meet in Room 320 from 3-4PM on Wednesday’s. Come be part of the Kindness revolution. All are welcome. 
9. There are Service opportunities in the coming weeks in the North Babylon community. You can sign up with Ms. Fatuzzo in the STARS /Guidance office. Projects include Saturdays at the North Babylon Food Pantry or Pantry Garden, Wednesday evenings at Emma's Table, serving meals to the lonely, disabled or homeless. Ms. Fatuzzo also has contacts for Challenger Athletics in Bay Shore to be a peer coach for a special needs child or adult and Save the Great South Bay Foundation to work on environmental projects along the south shore of Long Island. Stop in the STARS office at lunch or after school or email Ms. Fatuzzo for info. 
10. There will be short meetings today during all lunch periods for any student interested in learning more about the trip to NCYC in Long Beach, California this November. The meetings will be held in the Lecture Hall. See anyone in Campus Ministry with questions.

Thursday, September 12 - Day 4

1. There will be a meeting of the Junior Student Council today at 3pm in Room 125. All members should make their best efforts to attend. See Ms. K or Ms. DeLapi for any questions or concerns.

2. Drivers Ed Registration is Open. There are a few spots left. Forms must be in by tomorrow, Tuesday, September 10th.
