Writing Center will be closed after school today, Thursday.  
 
Emerging Technology club is cancelled for today. See you all next week!
 
Lifetouch Photography will be here today during lunch periods for picture make-up and retakes for grades 9, 10 and 11.  Order forms are available on the counter in the main office. If you are retaking your picture you must bring in your original packet of pictures and return to the photographer on Thursday.
 
Any one taking a January Regents must sign-up in the guidance center by tomorrow.  If you are retaking an exam, there is a $100 registration fee.  There will be no registration after Nov. 1^st.
 
All students who wish to serve at Mass on Friday and/or Saturday please read the email sent by Mr. Costa on Monday.
 
Seniors can sign up in the morning before Advisory to spend their study hall in the New Senior Space on the first floor.  It is limited to 10 students per period.  There is a clipboard on the counter in the Main Office to sign up.  You must do it in the morning the day of.  No food or drinks are allowed at this time. Please see Mrs. Gohn if you have any questions.
 
Mrs. Fatuzzo is looking for a few senior students to volunteer on Saturday, November 2 ^nd at Belmont Lake State Park.  Hours are from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm helping school aged children with outdoor crafts, nature skills and fishing.  If interested, please see Mrs. Fatuzzo in the Guidance Office today.
 
Mrs. Luhmann is collecting permission slips for the first art themed community service event with the "Van Goes."  We will be helping developmentally disabled adults paint a ceramic item at J&D ceramics this Saturday in Lindenhurst, from 9:30-12:30.  Permission slips are due back tomorrow and must be filled out completely.  Any questions see Mrs. Luhmann.
 
Attention students age 16 and Up...the Fall Blood Drive is next Wednesday, November 6th.  If SJB reaches its goal of 150 plus pints donors will enjoy Pizza with the Principal the following week.  There will be a free dress down for all participants.   Give the gift of life.... give blood...enjoy pizza!
 
Attention all Tri-M Members, there will be a meeting Tuesday, November 5 ^th in the music room at 2:50. We will be discussing winter concert season.  All members must attend.
