All A/B Cohort students must submit their yellow health cards to their Advisory teacher by October 13.  The yellow cards were distributed in Advisory earlier in the month and are now overdue.   These cards will play a vital role in the event that your child has a medical emergency while at St. John’s.   For the health and safety of your child, it is imperative that all your child’s medical and contact  information is current and up to date.   The information will remain confidential.
