Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

3¼ cup Flour

1½ tsp Salt

1 tsp Nutmeg

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Cinnamon

3 cup Sugar

1 cup Oil

4 eggs, beaten

 cup water

2 cup zucchini, peeled & grated

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 cup Walnuts, chopped

 


 

1)  Preheat oven to 350°.

2)  In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon & sugar.

3)  In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, water, zucchini and lemon juice.       

4)  Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

5)  Fold in the nuts.

6)  Bake in 2 standard loaf pans, sprayed with non-stick spray for 1 hour.
