Rice Balls

 1 lb 4 oz Rice

 1 lb 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

 4 oz Ham, finely diced

 4 oz Pepperoni, finely diced

 4 oz Salami, finely diced

 .25 cup Dried Parsley

 4 oz Grated Locatelli Cheese

 Flour, Eggs, Bread Crumbs 
 

1)      Cook rice and allow to cool before mixing.

2)      Mix rice, cheeses, meats & parsley until easy to roll into a ball

3)      Coat each ball in flour, egg and bread crumbs

4)      Fry until golden brown.
