Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie

1 (15oz) can Pumpkin
1 (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger
½ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Salt
1 (9in) unbaked Pie Crust

 

 



1)   Heat oven to 425°
2)   Whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, spices & salt in medium bowl until smooth.
3)   Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
4)   Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake for an additional 40 minutes.  Pie is done when knife inserted 1in from crust comes out clean.
