Meatballs

½ onion, diced

3 – 4 cloves of garlic, diced

2 eggs

½ cup Bread Crumbs

Salt & Pepper to taste

Basil & Parsley, about a palm full of each

½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1lb chop meat 
 


01)                      Sauté the onions & garlic in a tablespoon of oil until soft, about 2 -3 min

02)                      In a large bowl, mix the onion mixture with eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper basil, parsley, & cheese

03)                      Add the chop meat, breaking it up as you add it to the bowel

04)                      Mix just until combined – DO NOT OVERMIX

05)                      Roll chop meat mixture into medium size balls

06)                      Brown on all size in a frying pan or bake in a 375° oven for 20 min
