SJB Culinary Club
1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Oreo Cookies or Graham Cracker
1. Crush Oreos or graham crackers. There should be enough to cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the ricotta and the sugar until well blended. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well. Add vanilla.
3. Pour the mixture over the crushed cookies.
4. Bake for at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour & 20 minutes or until set.
5. Chill before serving
