Double Chocolate Balls

6 Tablespoon Butter, softened
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
1¼ cup Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa
Chocolate Kisses
Confectioners Sugar

 
 

1.      Preheat oven to 350°
2.      Cream butter & sugar together
3.      Add in egg and mix until combined
4.      Add in vanilla, salt & baking powder
5.      Stir in cocoa & flour
6.      Take a small amount of dough and wrap it around a chocolate kiss.  Roll into a ball.
7.      Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
8.      When cool enough to handle, roll in confectioners’ sugar.
