Chocolate Cream Pie

8oz - Cream Cheese, at room temperature
½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. – Sugar
1/3
 cup Cocoa Powder
1/3
 cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 – Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust
1 cup – Heavy Cream

 
 
1.    Beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and cocoa powder until fluffy.
2.   
Slowly incorporate the milk and vanilla. 
3.   
Spread into pie crust.
4.   
Beat heavy cream with remaining sugar on low until soft peaks form. 
5.   
Increase speed and beat until stiff peaks.
6.   
Spread over the chocolate layer & top with shaved chocolate.
