Chili

1 lb ground beef

2 medium onions, chopped

1 cup chopped green pepper

1 can (1 pound 12 oz) crush tomoatoes

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper

1/8 tsp paprika

1 can (15 ½ ounces kidney beans, drained) 
 

 

  1. Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except kidney beans.
  4. Heat to boiling, Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally (Or cook uncovered about 45 minutes)
  5. Stir in beans, heat.
