Cheesecake Cupcakes

24 Vanilla Wafers
16 oz. Cream Cheese
1 egg
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. Milk
1 can Pie Filling (flavor of your choice)

 
 

1.    Preheat oven to 350
2.   
Line 2 – 12 cup muffin tins with cupcake liners
3.   
Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup
4.   
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until well blended
5.   
Add the egg, vanilla and milk and combine until incorporated
6.   
Fill each cup half way.
7.   
Bake for 15 minutes.
8.   
Cool completely before topping with pie filling
