Brownies

2 sticks Butter
8 ounces Chocolate
1¼ cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

 

1.   Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.

Cool slightly

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar & vanilla

Add in Baking Powder & Salt
5.  
Slowly add in chocolate mixture
6.  
Add flour and stir just until combined
7.  
Pour Brownie mixture over cookie mixture
8.  
Bake in a 325 oven for 1 hour
9.  
Cool slightly before cutting
