Baked French Toast

 

Baked French Toast

6 Eggs
3 cups Milk
¾ cup Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 loaf Challah Bread, Cubed
3 tablespoons Sugar + 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon‚Äč

 
 

1.             Preheat Oven to 350°
2.             Grease a  baking dish
3.            
Beat eggs until frothy
4.            
Add milk, syrup, cinnamon and salt.
5.            
Stir in bread and mix until well coated
6.            
Pour into baking dish
7.            
Sprinkle with sugar – cinnamon mixture
8.            
Bake 40 – 45 minutes or until set
