Tuition for the 2016-2017 school year is $9,950.00 ---- which includes computer and science lab fees, guidance fees, PSAT testing fees, and a school ID card. An additional class fee is collected at the beginning of every school year.
There are many tuition payment plans: 11 payments, 4 payments, 2 payments and 1 payments.
Tuition is determined annually by the Diocese of Rockville Centre. Various options are available for making payments, including receiving a 2% discount for paying upfront via cash, check, or direct debit. A “Tuition Payment & Fees Schedule” form needs to be submitted to the tuition office each year.

A limited amount of financial aid is available through St. John the Baptist. Awards are based on need, and an application is required to be submitted to FACTS. The application can be completed via mail, or online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Paper applications are available from our tuition office. All requests for financial aid must be submitted after registering your student. The deadline to file is May 31st, prior to the school year. Families will be notified in early July of each school year of the amount of the award, if eligible. While the amount awarded will vary depending on financial need, there are NO full tuition grants.

LOANS FOR TUITION
Taking out a loan to help pay for your tuition may be an option for you to consider. You can research to obtain information from organizations that offer loans. Two entities which we are aware of that offer loans to those who qualify are Oceanside Christopher Federal Credit Union (516-620-8100) or Your Tuition Solution (800-920-9777, www.tuitionsolution.com).
Scholar incentive awards are given each year to incoming students who make St. John’s their first choice on the Catholic High School Entrance Exam and who score in the top percentile on each grade level for an academic year. Also, Summa Cum Laude awards are awarded to the sophomores, juniors and seniors who have met certain requirements,along with excellent grades.
